I’ve been practising yoga since I started university in 1999.
After 10 years of personal practice, I trained as a Zen Yoga teacher with the Zenways school in 2009. In the early 2010s, I studied intensively with yoga teacher Jonathan Monks. Throughout this time, I’ve continued developing my Zen Yoga and meditation practice with Daizan Skinner Roshi (founder of Zenways).
To me, yoga means the union of seemingly opposite forces/concepts to find what lies beneath and beyond. My classes combine mindful posture and flow routines with varied pacing and intensity. My aim is to help you strengthen and soften your body and mind, build flexibility, grounding and relaxation.
