Shamim Ahmad is a retired civil servant who held various positions in the federal government. He acquired a Master’s degree in Defence and Strategic Studies from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. He also studied at Syracuse University in the U.S.
Certain fortuitous events led him to develop an interest in Psychology, culminating in him acquiring a Master’s degree in the subject. After retirement, after contributing periodic articles on Finance to different publications, began writing articles on Psychological themes.
