Joe is a senior partner and chairman of McKinsey’s offices in Greater China across Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Taipei.
Previously, Joe led McKinsey’s Financial Services and Private Equity Practices in Greater China. He has led many large-scale transformation efforts for Chinese and multinational organizations and has advised senior management on topics such as strategy, M&A, and operational transformations.
