Laurie E. Smith has been a writer and intuitive coach for more than 20 years, and is passionate about supporting others in sharing their unique creative gifts. She believes that every single person has a unique energy that the world really needs and when we each find our own way to tap and share that energy, the world becomes a better place.
During the start of the pandemic, Laurie started offering free 28-Day Flow Challenges through her website LaurieSmith.com. She invited friends, friends invited friends, and her Circle of Creative Friends has continued to grow and expand ever since. Laurie's Flow Challenges are based on the idea that each person knows what they really need, and what simple daily activities can change their lives.
She has been absolutely amazed by how powerful simply honoring the intuitive and creative callings in our hearts has had in her own life, as well as the lives of others. Since 2020, she has led more than 25 Flow Challenges. People have participated from ages 15 to 83 in four different continents.
