Waqar Ali Khan, a mechanical engineer by training, joined Pakistan’s Civil Service in 2000 and has served in six administrative regions. As Secretary Tourism Gilgit‑Baltistan (2017–18) he created the Sarfaranga Desert Rally and the Tour de Khunjerab, the world’s highest desert and cycling events. Currently, he heads the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Policy Office - CMPO. Outside of work, he is an essayist and Pashto poetry translator. Dr. Abdul Samad is a Presidential Civil Award-winning archaeologist with a PhD from Freie Universität Berlin and a Fulbright post‑doctorate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. As Director of Archaeology and Museums Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, he oversees thirteen museums, safeguards more than 5,000 heritage sites, and has led over thirty major excavations. Mir Sana Ullah Khan is a Fulbright Scholar with an MA in Education from Columbia University and a BSc in Economics from LUMS. He is a policy strategist dedicated to social justice and climate‑resilient public service design.
