Zeshan writes picture books and children’s non-fiction. She writes lyrical, uplifting stories that reflect a plurality of culture. Her ancestral country of heritage is Pakistan. Her writing also reflects her love of the natural world and her Muslim faith.
Zeshan studied zoology and is an advisor on nature conservation in Scotland.
Her debut picture book will be published by Templar in 2024.
She lives in Scotland.
