Siobhan Lambert-Hurley is Professor of Global History at the University of Sheffield. She leads the project ‘Forgotten Food: Culinary Memory, Local Heritage and Lost Agricultural Varieties in India’ funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council in the UK.
