His latest book, Failure is an Option, explores the world of endurance running.
For younger readers - under the pen name of Jack Carson - Matt and children's author, Michelle Misra are responsible for the Battle Champions action series. He also writes as the Carnegie-nominated mystery and suspense writer, Lazlo Strangolov, author of Feather & Bone and Tooth & Claw.
Matt is married with four children and lives in West Sussex, England.
