Senator Baker is a graduate of Dallas High School and Shippensburg University, where she received a B.A. in Government Administration. She resides in Lehman Township, Luzerne County, with Gary, her husband of 38 years. Their greatest enjoyment is spending time with their son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren.
