I’ve had a varied career. Fun for me, and good for you. After acquiring the basics of good English at grammar school, I set off to be a scientist. Somehow, though, a series of detours took me into advertising, photography, graphics, mathematics, electronics and finally museum curatorship before I retired to become a freelance writer.
