Laura Gehl is a former science teacher and science writer who now writes children's books full time. Her books include One Big Pair of Underwear, the Peep and Egg series, I Got a Chicken for My Birthday, and My Pillow Keeps Moving. Although Dr. Gehl's PhD is in neuroscience, she enjoys writing and talking to kids about all areas of science.
