Saviour Pirotta is a best-selling children's author. The first novel in his Ancient Greek Mysteries, the Mark of the Cyclops, was shortlisted for several awards and won the North Somerset Teachers' Book Award 2018. His picture book The Unicorn Prince, illustrated by Jane Ray, was an editor's pick in The Bookseller November 2018 and The Guardian's pick of the month in October 2018.
