There are 52 Pieces, made up of 26 letters of the alphabet and 26 pictures. Mix them all up and let the child choose a piece. Ask the child to pick the letter or picture that matches this piece. 2 Matching cards with self adhesive backs are included to help the child learn the letters of the alphabet. Once they learn to match them correctly, teach them how to spell the words.
