This book discusses the concept of equity and how it’s different from equality. It introduces  the reader to social equity and how it has developed over time. In the literature review, the most relevant researches of other scholars are presented. It discusses various aspects of  social equity, ranging from economics to the development and environment, legal and judicial system, education, healthcare, employment opportunities, compensation, and  gender. The book also discusses social equity from the Islamic perspective. 

Through this book, I aim to highlight the issues that need to be discussed and addressed. I believe we can truly evolve and bring a positive change by implementing equity in our daily lives –even the smallest act of being fair and treating people without prejudice will make a difference.
