Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.
1. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You will also find links to browse Categories, lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each store. When you find an item that interests you, click the Image or button of the item to see its product detail page.
2. Add Items to Your Cart
Just locate an item you'd like to purchase and click "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. These buttons are usually found beside featured products, on product pages, and search results pages. Clicking this button places the item in your Cart. Each time you click "Add to Cart," the page will refresh and display the newest item in your Cart, as well as previous additions, items of interest, and links to "Update Quantity" and "Proceed to Checkout"
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "save for later" button next to the title. The item will move from your current Shopping Cart to the "Saved Items--To Buy Later" list below
3. Proceed to Checkout

When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the button. All customers are taken to our Checkout page, where returning customers can sign in to their accounts and new customers can complete their orders. Click the “Submit” button under the New Customers heading. You will be able to create an account during this process. Your account information will be sent to your email account.
4. Enter a Shipping Address
We'll ask you to provide a billing address for the order you are placing and ask for your email address so we can send you updates on its order status. Please enable the checkbox Ship to a different address if your billing address is different from the shipping address. Once you enter this information, click "Submit" button to proceed to the Payment page.
5. Choose a Payment Method
Here you select your payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Libertybooks.com Gift Certificates, Bank draft, Pay order. We offer a special Facility of “Cash on Delivery” to some specific areas of Karachi only. The areas are mentioned against the Payment mode on the Payment method page.
6. Choose a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Be sure to select Registered post if courier services are not available in your area.
You also have the chance to Modify any of the shipping or billing address you've entered thus far.
Please select “Properly Packed” option if you want your parcel to be properly packed & deliver as a gift to any other person for only Rs. 50/- . The invoice will not be included in the packed parcel.
8. Reviewing and Placing Your Order
you’re almost done! On the Review page you'll find a summary of your order, including the final cost. Before you submit your order, you'll also have the chance to change any of the payment information you've entered thus far. When you are ready, click "Submit" to complete the ordering process.
Paying by Credit Card
On the Payment page, select the card type you want to use and then enter your card number, expiration date, and, CVV2 (card security code).
What is a Card Security Code?
The Card Security Code is a 3- or 4-digit number printed on your credit card. It provides added security when you use your card on the Internet or over the phone. The number appears only on the card itself, not on receipts or statements.
We ask for the security code when you enter your payment information. This helps ensure that anyone placing an order with Libertybooks.com has the card in his or her possession and is not using a stolen credit card number.
Turn the card over and look at the signature box. You will find either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last 4 digits, followed by the 3-digit CSC.
Look on the card’s back. Printed in the signature box is either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just its last 4 digits. The 3-digit security code follows.
Paying by Libertybooks.com Gift Certificate
Online Gift Certificates may be purchased at www.libertybooks.com and are only redeemable online. These Gift Certificates are sent to the recipient seconds after your order is placed.
How do I redeem a Gift Certificate at Libertybooks.com?
Browse our site to find the items you wish to buy and add them to your Cart. On the Cart page, to proceed click “Checkout". Select the Gift Certificate on the Payment method Page click continue.
Enter the Gift Certificate number on the invoice detail page. If the balance available on your Gift Certificate is less than the total cost of your order, you will be asked to provide credit card information or select other payment options.
Paying by bank draft, Pay Order
If you'd like to pay by pay order, Bank draft & Cheque, select the desired option on the payment method page and send us a bank Draft, Pay order or Personal Cheque order in Pak Rupees for the total amount of your order (including delivery charges, if applicable).
The Bank draft / Pay order should be payable to “Liberty Books (Pvt) Limited” and should be denominated in Pak rupees to ensure exact payment. Remember to write your e-mail address clearly on the back of your payment to help us to process your order more efficiently.
Paying by cheque slows down your order as we don't process your order until we receive your cheque, and we don't send the items to you until your funds clear.
After you have fully submitted your order on our website, send your cheque to the following address:

Your order will be processed once we've received your payment.
Note: If we do not receive payment within 15 days your order will be cancelled.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
Sometimes items in you order may fall out of stock while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay. If you have other items in your order, they will be shipped as scheduled, even if you selected "Send everything together" as your shipping preference. We will continue trying to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If the order is still out of stock 30 days after the first email is sent, you will be asked to approve a 30-Day Order Extension. If you do not approve the extension, this part of your order will be canceled within 24 hours. Remember, you can cancel your order at any time.
If you have pre-ordered an item and it is not in stock at the announced release date, you will be asked to approve a 30-Day Order Extension. If you do not approve the extension, this part of your order will be canceled within 24 hours.
Tracking Your Package
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the "Track packages" link in Your Account.
